Use of Information.

The use of information received from end users shall be in accordance with this Privacy Policy or pursuant to the provisions of any law, for the following purposes: improving the Services and content offered on Stream Dream; modifying Services and content on Stream Dream; adjusting the contents and ads displayed on the website based on the end user's interests.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Stream Dream may disclose personal information about end user, in whole or in part, to any third party, subject to the fulfillment of one of the following conditions: (1) Stream Dream received the consent of the end user to disclose this information; (2) The disclosure of information or part thereof to certain parties is required in order to provide the Services. It is emphasized that these parties will have a limited right to use this information for the purpose for which Stream Dream provides the information only, including but not limited to the use of any service, tool such as a particular platform or software, etc. (3) When the information is required by law, including in the event that Stream Dream receives a judicial order instructing it to disclose the information of the end user to any third party, in the event of a legal dispute between the end user and Stream Dream that requires the disclosure of the end user's information; in the event that Stream Dream finds that the end user's actions violates the Terms of Use or the law, including any kind of fraudulent actions; in the event that Stream Dream shall in any manner transfer the activity of the site to another corporation or merge its activities with another entity, provided that the other entity accepts the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
