Paranoid London
PL
Paranoid London are doing for the dance floor, for the ravers, the DJs and anyone else in that liberating, unifying space in front of the decks where the music works its magic. Being not so concerned with doing anything more than moving the floor properly means that they can really fine tune their sonic offerings and keep things simple, which is probably one the hardest tasks any producer ever faces – especially in club music, where simple hooks and hypnotic rhythms are the order of the day. Because of their approach they have become veritable masters of their own domain, refusing to follow trends and doing their thing to the best of their abilities. “This is the real deal: dirty, repetitive music for DJs & dancers,” says the album’s press release. We couldn’t put it any better than that.
